Three years ago, I talked to several contractors concerning my roof which needed to be refinished. You were the only one who took the time to show me the roofs that you had done in the area. I did have the contract with you and I was very pleased with the work that you and your men did for me. You not only cleaned and stained the roof but also covered the landscaping so the high pressure would damage nothing.
Two years ago, we decided to have our deck pressure washed and stained. Again you and your men took great pains to remove the items on the deck before commencing with the wash and stain. We have enjoyed using the deck and it still looks good. The water is still beading after two years.
And, last year, we contracted you to do our fence. It needed to be washed and stained. Once again you and your men took great care to cover the roses so the bushes would not be damaged. Also, the neighbors have all commented about our roof and fence. Your work has certainly added to the value of our property.

This letter comes as an introduction to Rainier Roof Restoration. I had the opportunity to employee Anthony and his staff to clean and treat the roof of my personal residence in Sammamish Washington. As the largest licensee of McDonalds Restaurants in King County, I encounter numerous service companies from all trades. I honestly have never been as pleased with a service company as I have with Rainier Roof. Anthony's team arrived on the day promised, on time, and properly staffed. I pride myself in noticing a number of important elements of a service company, as the possibility of finding a new service provider for my company of 16 restaurants is always a consideration. On the job, Anthony's team quickly set up all the equipment which I took note of as being near new with no signs of repairs. There was also enough equipment to service the entire property which is quite large. So many times a job is held up because items are missing or enough hose was not placed on the truck. It was clear that the team took the time to coordinate a plan so as to keep all the employees working in a productive manner. The job was finished in the time planned, the finished product was fabulous! No streaks, no missed areas, tight corners cleaned by hand, down-spouts and gutters cleaned and cleared or any debris. There was no damage to landscape, and it too was cleaned of any moss and dirt.
